3	2nd April support gig Bands Outpatients and Fuzz Face booked by DF ST to get license and do bar with DF supplying spirits Food - DF to ask Pam and Brian Front of House - NT HJ MW Leaflet drop -DF & MW to print and distribute to members for house to house drop as Howard's map Posters all shops etc SW & some to SE in Halstead Tickets member given 12 each to sell Box office signs A board ?
4	2005 Festival PE license application costs have risen to over £2000 Permit required for use of Country Park MW to write to Ralph Barnett ST to get bar license for Festival Band line up to be Gino Washington & the RJB; Trenchtown Experience,. Eddy and the Hot Rods; High White Honkies; Robin Bibi Band, + some others. Shakattack too expensive at £3000 + vat. Need a bar manager - ST to approach Sheilagh Scarff whose partner knows the game Ticket price structure next meeting
5	AOB DF says we need new road boards for Festival ads - NT said give Sasex old material to work with Friends of Festival in various parts of Essex and Suffolk have offered to do poster drops and exhibit & maintain a single road sign for the Festival
