PE license application costs have risen to over £2000
Permit required for use of Country Park MW to write to Ralph Barnett
ST to get bar license for Festival
Band line up to be Gino Washington & the RJB; Trenchtown Experience,. Eddy and the Hot Rods; High White Honkies; Robin Bibi Band, + some others. Shakattack too expensive at £3000 + vat.
Need a bar manager - ST to approach Sheilagh Scarff whose partner knows the game

DF says we need new road boards for Festival ads - NT said give Sasex old material to work with
Friends of Festival in various parts of Essex and Suffolk have offered to do poster drops and exhibit & maintain a single road sign for the Festival
