1 Financial review
Bank balance stands at +£1938 with the £1000 sponsorship. Two invoices o/s from last years gig
Speedy Power . Meeting arranged for 11th April to negotiate invoice
John Boddy been paid £235 deposit - 10% of Trenchtown bill
Andy Mitson owed £369 ST discussed this with Andy agreed to pay and book for this year

Nick - Audi, maybe at risk - NT to report back. ST to ring Nick if nothing heard soon.
ST to chase A&B Glass, RJP plc Cheffins (plus developer & Builder) for sponsorship deals
PC to chase Percy Dalton & IFF
Howard to chase Printwise who made cash and discount offer last year

HJ reported Outpatience won B of B in Haverhill. HJ to speak to Nick Keeble re press release linking their success with our booking

Leaflet drop - decided unfruitful. Team to meet Sat am and blast the shoppers
Ticket sales very poor to date
A board at Steves to be "cobbles together using laminated posters MW to laminate and do A3 poster for back
 
4 2005 Festival
PE license application to be for 2000 people therefore cost £1290. Cheque required to accompany MW excellent application document
MW needs deposit cheques for Marquees & Toilets
Permit required for use of Country Park MW written to Ralph Barnett
ST has received bar license
Road boards to go to SASEX is this still on ? Nick Talk to Dave /Howard.
Some non-local volunteers offered help as "Friends of the Festival" DF to send them sign boards to erect in their locality
 
5 Band line up to be Gino W & the RJB; Trenchtown Experience,. Eddy and the Hot Rods; High White Honkies; Robin Bibi Band. Plus some others inc Outpatience
Ticket price structure: long discussion but eventually decided "as last year"
Fire Service to be asked to provide the Vintage Fire Engine exhibited AND ask the Firemen to erect the fences. MW to contact Fireman

Town Hjall exhibition on 9th April. PC to set up, ST to do 12 to 2 and DF & MW to do 2 to 4. and take down.
